MLM winners take a strong position, a righteous position. They can attack from it, or defend it. It’s great if it irritates the “bad guys” (heavy hitters?), because controversy is perfect.
Confidence comes from deep inside. You must accept responsibility for causing the results you want; THAT is what grows self-confidence.
If you don’t believe in yourself, people see it in your walk. They’ll hear it in your voice.
How can you generate self-confidence in tough situations?
MLM winners focus on what they know best, so their base is on firm ground. Every day they work to develop new abilities … to increase their “firm ground.”
Never compromise on your core beliefs. Follow your heart and do it YOUR way. I think it was Roy Rogers who said, “Be sure you’re right - and then go ahead!”
Prepare. Nothing gives you self-confidence like knowing you are 100% prepared for the event.
Do. Unfortunately, if you haven’t actually done it, you can NEVER be 100% prepared. So get your preparation, then get out there in the arena and actually DO it. Then you’ll find out what else you need to prepare for next time.
Find a model. Find a person who is already successful and find out what they say, think, and do. Model ALL of that.
Listen to people who speak confidently, and practice that.
Watch people who walk with confidence and practice that.
Look in the mirror every day and tell yourself, “You are something special. I LOVE you!”
THAT is what MLM winners do.
